Konmax Orange Juicer Operation Instruction:

1. Wash and cut ingredients to fit in feeder opening.

2. Make sure the clamps are locked in position.

   Place glass or bowl under spout.

   If juicer container is not clamped correctly,motor does not operate.

 3. Plug in.   Press the button.

4. Push ingredients into feeder opening by using food pusher.

5. After using,press button"OFF".Unplug.

   When unplugging,grip plug and pull from wall outlet. Never pull on cord.

1) Laser cutting : we use our laser cutting machine to cut the 3mm thickness stainless steel 304 into different size due to different model
2)Punching : we use punching machin to make punching on the stainless steel , the punching position is fixed and measured by machine .
3)Bending :because the orange juicer machine require different angles , so we need bend the stainess to meet the demand .
4)Moulding : we use injection moulding machine to make the spare parts like protruding ball , concave squeezer ,peeler etc .
5)Welding : weld internal parts like motor case etc .
6)Assembling :assemble the parts together .
7)Testing :all machine before exporting we need test 2 days , using oranges squeezing and see how it is working.
8)Washing :before packing we need washing the machine clearly and make it clean .
9)Packing :usually we put foam inside the carton and seal the carton outside , if you need wooden packing we can meet you demand .
